# Tổng quan

#### 1. Truy cập màn hình

Trên menu bên trái, vào nhóm "Nội dung & tương tác" và chọn "Thư viện" để mở trang "Thư viện". Trang này quản lý thư viện ảnh và video của toàn hệ thống, gồm 3 tab: "Thống kê", "Thư viện ảnh/video" và "Kho videos của bé". Mặc định trang mở ở tab "Thống kê".

#### 2. Bộ lọc theo tuần

Có thể chọn xem thống kê theo một tuần học cụ thể (ví dụ: Tuần 7 - Năm học 2026-2027) hoặc chọn "Tất cả tuần" để xem tổng số liệu từ trước đến nay.

#### 3. Các thẻ thống kê tổng quan

* Tổng số ảnh: tổng số lượng ảnh đã được tải lên hệ thống
* Tổng số video: tổng số lượng video đã được tải lên hệ thống
* Dung lượng đã dùng: tổng dung lượng lưu trữ mà ảnh/video đang chiếm dụng
* Trường có ảnh: số trường đã có ít nhất một ảnh/video được tải lên

#### 4. Các biểu đồ phân tích

* Số lượng ảnh/video theo trường: biểu đồ cột ngang thể hiện các trường có số lượng ảnh/video tải lên nhiều nhất, có nút "Xem chi tiết" để xem đầy đủ danh sách

* Dung lượng ảnh/video theo trường: biểu đồ cột ngang thể hiện các trường chiếm nhiều dung lượng lưu trữ nhất, có nút "Xem chi tiết" để xem đầy đủ danh sách

* Xu hướng upload theo tháng: biểu đồ cột thể hiện số lượng ảnh (màu xanh) và video (màu tím) được tải lên theo từng tháng gần đây

#### 5. Bảng tổng hợp theo quận/huyện

Bảng liệt kê theo từng quận/huyện với các cột: số trường thuộc quận/huyện đó, tổng số ảnh/video, số lượng đã duyệt, số lượng chờ duyệt, và số lượng bị từ chối. Danh sách được phân trang, có thể xem nhiều quận/huyện bằng cách chuyển trang ở cuối bảng.
